Dubai (Web Desk) – The England Cricket Board has declared top-order batter Ben Duckett fit for the ICC Champions Trophy. Duckett had sustained an injury during the third ODI against India, which led to concerns about his availability for the tournament.
A scan was conducted to assess the severity of Duckett’s groin injury, and after a thorough evaluation, his fitness for the tournament was confirmed.
The England cricket team is scheduled to arrive in Pakistan on February 18. Their opening match of the Champions Trophy will be against Australia on February 22 at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.
