Lahore: The England cricket team has arrived in Pakistan to participate in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. The team, led by captain Jos Buttler, landed in Lahore, with a 31-member squad, including players and staff, traveling via Dubai.
Head coach Brendon McCullum and Managing Director Robert Key have also accompanied the team to Pakistan.
England will play its group matches in Lahore and Karachi during the Champions Trophy. The team’s opening match is scheduled against their traditional rivals, Australia, on February 22 at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
England’s second match will also be held in Lahore against Afghanistan on February 26. The team will then head to Karachi for their third and final group-stage match against South Africa at the National Stadium on March 1.
