If rain prevents the India vs Pak match from being completed, both teams will receive one point each, making Pakistan’s qualification even more challenging. To stay in the tournament, Pakistan will need a significant margin victory against Bangladesh while also depending on the outcomes of New Zealand’s matches. Additionally, they must secure wins against both Bangladesh and India.
If India vs Pak match end up with equal points, the team with the better net run rate will qualify for the semi-final alongside New Zealand. Another possible scenario is that if Bangladesh defeats New Zealand and Pakistan secures a win against Bangladesh, both Pakistan and India can qualify for the semi-finals.
