According to the Punjab Zonal Committee in Pakistan, no evidence of moon sighting was received in Lahore and the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee was informed about the non-sighting of the moon. In addition, the Quetta Zonal Ruet-e-Hilal Committee said that no evidence of moon sighting was received from any city in Balochistan. The zonal committee in Karachi also did not receive evidence of moon sighting, while the Islamabad Zonal Committee also did not receive evidence of moon sighting.
According to the Meteorological Department, the Ramadan moon is unlikely to be sighted in the country. The Meteorological Department says that the moon was born at 5:44 am and its age should be 16 to 18 hours for it to be sighted. On the other hand, Suparco says that the moon was born at 5:44 am, its age will be 12 hours after sunset, and due to the low altitude and distance of the moon, it is difficult to see the moon on Friday evening.

The moon of Ramadan 1446 AH has been sighted in Saudi Arabia. According to Saudi media, meetings were held at observatories in Mecca, Medina, Tabuk, Sudir and other cities to see the moon of Ramadan, in which experts from the Department of Meteorology and Astronomy participated. Saudi media reported that the moon was sighted in Sudir and Tamir in Saudi Arabia. After the moon of Ramadan was sighted, the first fast will be observed in Saudi Arabia on Saturday, March 1.
