Lahore – Pakistan has issued visas to Indian journalists for the ICC Champions Trophy matches. Sources have reported that seven journalists from India had applied for visas to Pakistan. All Indian journalists have been granted visas; none of them were rejected. According to sources, the Indian journalists applied for Pakistani visas to cover the Champions Trophy matches.
This prestigious tournament, hosted by Pakistan, will begin on February 19 at Karachi’s National Stadium, where the opening match will be played between Pakistan and New Zealand. Teams from Pakistan, India, Australia, England, South Africa, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and New Zealand will participate in the tournament.
The first match of the tournament will be between Pakistan and New Zealand, while the big clash between Pakistan and India will take place on February 23 in Dubai.
