Lahore: The arrival of various international teams in Pakistan for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is underway. The Australian cricket team’s squad has also landed in Lahore, arriving in two separate groups.
The squad includes 14 members, including Australian captain Steve Smith. The 17-member contingent, comprising 15 players, reached Lahore at 8:00 AM Pakistan time.
The Champions Trophy is set to begin on February 19 in Pakistan and Dubai, with the opening match between the host team, Pakistan, and New Zealand. Australia will play its first match against their traditional rivals, England, on February 22 in Lahore.
