Following Pakistan’s historic victory against South Africa to secure a spot in the tri-series final, ticket demand has surged.

The team has not yet Finalized: Santner
New Zealand captain Mitchell Santner has revealed that the team has not yet finalized its playing XI for the tri-series final but has utilized the preparation time effectively. Speaking at a pre-final press conference in Karachi, Santner praised Pakistan’s remarkable chase in their last match and expressed hope for an exciting final. “Matches have been high-scoring, and we expect the same in the final,” he said.

Santner acknowledged the challenges bowlers face in these conditions, emphasizing the importance of taking wickets during the middle overs to control the run rate. Talking about senior players, he highlighted Kane Williamson’s ability to perform well in all conditions and expressed confidence in Williamson’s big performance in the final. “Our batters are in good form, which is a positive sign. Rachin Ravindra is feeling better but won’t play tomorrow’s match as we don’t want to rush his return,” Santner added.
Ready for Final, Opponent Doesn’t Matter: Bracewell
New Zealand all-rounder Michael Bracewell, while speaking to the media during the team’s preparation for the tri-series final, stated that the team is ready and focused solely on the tri-series final rather than looking ahead to the Champions Trophy. “Pakistan feels like our second home, and we always enjoy our time in Karachi,” Bracewell commented.
It is worth noting that New Zealand secured their place in the final by winning both of their matches in the tri-series, while Pakistan earned their spot after a record-breaking chase against South Africa yesterday.
